The bartender, slightly confused but intrigued, responds, “Well, usually I just serve drinks around here. But since we’re sharing information, my sales have been steadily increasing by about 10% each quarter, and on weekends, I typically serve over 80 customers a day.”
The data analysts nod approvingly and continue to discuss sample sizes and confidence intervals while the bartender wonders if he should consider a career change.
